Standard Processing Time: 1-2 Business Days: We attempt to ship all orders within 1 business day, but depending on volume, we sometimes ship orders in 2 business days.We do not process orders on weekends or holidays. So, if you placed your order on Thursday, we usually will ship on Friday, but occasionally will not be able to ship out your order until Monday. This processing time does not include transit time which varies based on the shipping method you choose.
Customization Processing Times: If you choose a guaranteed weight range, this will usually add three business days to the entire order's processing time. If you are ordering multiple items, we recommend placing a separate order for custom items so that the rest of your order is not delayed as well.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
